Staff friendly and helpful. Having parking lot in that area of Brooklyn major plus. Breakfast had nice continental plus selection. King-size bedroom pretty roomy, bathroom nice space. All very clean. And did not get room cleaned during stay, but housekeeping staff on floor hooked me up with coffee condiments that I needed. Great spot for show at Barclay's, and local dining/bar hopping. Good working mini-fridge, and decent deli on corner a plus.

The ease of everything just coming into place for my friend and I to enjoy the moments that followed. The staff on duty at all times, were pleasant, and accommodating. We’ll definitely consider your hotel for future events, etc.

Comfortable bed in a friendly environment. Breakfast is well worth getting up early for! If you are prepared to walk or bus it, there are plenty of bars and restaurants about. Ferry boat portage near by was a blessing as travelling NY by river is definitely the way to go.

I have stayed here several times. It very convenient to my storage location. The breakfast has improved enormously since I started staying here. The staff is friendly and the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed at.

Clean rooms, towels are changed daily. Was not expecting such a good breakfast in a 3*, lots of sweet and savoury choices, fresh fruit, great selection of milk, yogurts etc. Very helpful staff kept our suitcases after check out till late afternoon so we could still explore the city before the evening flight. The location looked to be a bit weird at the beginning but the ferry was great, just need to plan and check the ferry times and it takes 10 min to get to wall street and the view is much better than bus or subway.

Staff were excellent super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a huge bonus, cooked and continental options and great coffee all included. Rooms spacious comfy and clean. Hicks mega laundry is under 5 mins walk allowing us to leave with a full case of clean clothes. Easy 10 min walk over to Carroll St subway with access to the city and the ferry is a nice alternative. Can’t fault this hotel will be returning.

Our room was clean and serviced every day. It was a quiet area but we didn’t feel safe walking the streets at night time as lighting was poor. It was close by to a bus stop to get us to subway downtown Brooklyn.
